Our field services process begins with on-site data collection, where crews capture photos and detailed information of poles and underground structures such as vaults and PEDs. This critical field data is supplied directly to our design team to ensure every network plan reflects real-world conditions.

The collected data is thoroughly verified through construction ride-outs, including address verification, to maintain the highest level of accuracy. Comprehensive surveys are then mapped in GIS platforms according to customer requirements. For projects requiring enhanced precision, we utilize 3D photogrammetry and LiDAR to capture complex site details where traditional methods may not be relevant. After construction, our inspectors conduct route inspections to confirm the network is fully protected, proposing solutions and seeking design engineer approval contingent on any issues that arise.

Data Collection

When deploying telecom or utility networks, our field crews capture detailed on-site data, including photos of poles, underground structures (such as vaults and PEDs), and other critical assets. This information is collected using specialized field applications like Katapult and IKE and is then supplied to the design team. Accurate data collection ensures the design process is based on real-world conditions and asset locations, supporting efficient project execution.

Field Validation

After initial data is gathered, we conduct field validation to ensure accuracy before design and construction proceed. This involves a construction ride-out, where field teams verify that all collected data, such as asset locations and addresses, matches actual site conditions. Field validation is essential for maintaining data integrity, reducing errors, and ensuring the reliability of telecom and utility designs.

3D Photogrammetry & LIDAR

For enhanced data accuracy and analysis, we employ 3D photogrammetry and LIDAR technology. Post-Construction Inspections
